The Museum of the Future is far more than a typical museum showcasing contemporary creativity. It leverages cutting-edge design, prototyping, and technological innovations to create truly next-generation exhibits that transport you 50 years ahead. True to its name, the museum offers a glimpse into the evolving future of science and innovation, housed within its iconic, ring-shaped structure with a large open center.
Breathtaking Architectural Design
Standing 77 meters tall, the Museum of the Future is an architectural masterpiece! Designed by renowned architect Shaun Killa, its distinctive oblong, ring-shaped exterior is crafted from stainless steel, comprising 1024 pieces made using advanced robotic processes. The structure is adorned with inspiring quotes from HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, beautifully engraved in calligraphy by Mattar bin Lahej.
Enter a Realm of Revolutionary Creativity
Reflecting the museum’s forward-thinking vision, the building is divided into three symbolic sections: the green hill represents the earth, the futuristic ring symbolizes humanity, and the hollow center stands for innovation. Inside, much of the space is dedicated to cutting-edge inventions. You'll not only embark on a journey into the future but also have the chance to feel, touch, and reimagine it. From futuristic flying objects to capsule-style elevators, the museum immerses you in a hands-on experience. There’s also a viewing platform offering an extraordinary look at the building’s architectural features.

Spanning over 30,000 square meters, each of the museum's seven floors feels like a set from a futuristic movie, transporting you to the year 2071 and beyond.
